Meniere's Disease: One of the most important causes of ear-induced vertigo is meniere's disease. Meniere should be considered primarily for each patient applying with that trilogy of aural fullness, recurrent dizziness and tinnitus. Meniere is an inner ear disease. Labyrinthitis (Inner Ear Infection): It is an inflammation of whole inner ear because of microbes, and hearing loss is present besides dizziness.

Perilymph Fistula (projecting out of inner ear): There is often a trauma history. There are severe dizziness, nausea, vomiting and hearing loss after pressure increasing movements (coughing, pushing, heavy lifting). There is a risk of permanent hearing loss that should be taken action immediately and fistula site should surgically be closed up after diagnosis is finalized.
